Kitchen in the Corner is a beautiful cafe "on the corner". Light, white deco, with padded chairs for comfort, gorgeously decorated sweets and treats and a vary selection of gifts for anyone's fancy. The food was well cooked, beautifully poached eggs; well done bacon, juicy Cumberland sauce and well plated breakfast. Only con was tomato could of been charred abit more. The baked beans was also an interesting, full of flavour! The coffee was not too bitter (most coffee shops make Latte much too bitter) so the coffee was treated well and wasn't burnt. And the pattern on it meant they took care and attention to detail. Overall I recommend this 5 ! Great job everyone!!!

Have had lunch here before which was yummy. Today had a Black Forest Mocha which was amazing! And a Millionaires Shortbread with was delicious. The cafe itself could have been warmer - would have been nice to be inside warm and cosy while the storm raged outside - so we did keep our coats on. Staff were very friendly and polite. Will definitely return!

Brilliant local cafe found by checking out their Google reviews...and I was not disappointed. In town for a work meeting and in need of excellent espresso. Box ticked. A really good brew. Scrambled eggs on sourdough with bacon was fantastic. Came back for lunch and a chicken relish sarny was also perfect, plus more espresso. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great service, a very friendly welcome and excellent food and coffee. Thanks for the service.
